A few weeks ago I got a call from Barbra Horowitz. Barbra is a personal stylist who works with celebrities and normal people. She is a fashion correspondent for British Vogue and, most importantly, she is the host of “Fashion 411“, a weekly program of the Karma Sol Radio network in Los Angeles.
Barbra called me because she is fed up with bad customer service. She is so tired of receiving lousy service she decided to do a show on the topic, in the hope that it might help improve customer service just a little.
So, last week Barbra, Darren Gold (her occasional co-host)and I talked about what’s wrong with customer service and what we can do to fix it.
