We all know Black Friday can be crazy. And it seems to get crazier every year.  How was it for you this year? Please take a quick moment and share your customer service experience on Black Friday 2011.

How was your customer service experience on Black Friday and or Cyber Monday this year? Please share your thoughts and reflections. I will publish the results in Mid-December.
