Hye Kevin Stirtz
Thats really resourceable and appreciable. You mainly focus on how a customer become a loyal and the mechanism you have suggest is easy to apply. Both the company and customer become gainer to follow this process..i wish your goodness.

I think this article hits the nail on the head. Who better to tell you how well you are delivering your goods and services that the customers themselves? They are the perfect market research. In today's world, people expect more and they are willing to look for it and pay more for it. When they feel that a company is paying attention to their input and ideas, it develops that loyalty. Feedback mechanisms do need to be easy to use for the customers and the customers need to see that it is being considered. The feedback of the customer is priceless and will tell you how to improve your product, company, or service.

Hi Kevin,
Super article! Thank you for continuing to spread the word on the value of customer service and communication. You write about creating ways for customers to offer feedback.

That is the founding principle of SuggestionBox.com. We’re an online solution that helps companies build better relationships with their customers. The place where customers talk and companies listen. A two way, open-communication street! And yup, we offer tips and ways for customers to promote their desire for feedback too :-)

Have a great day…
