Yesterday I had great fun chatting with my new pal, David Thackeray, on his podcast that emanates from Liverpool, U.K. David runs a blog called Customergency.com which is described as:
Europe’s online news hub dedicated to customer service and experience.
David is an amiable sort who, like me, is crazy about helping people improve customer service.
