Very funny... and very scary.

This is a great way to explain customer experience across channels and why it matters. Funny, I have been hearing lots of people writing about this lately (I wrote about it last week, and many times before).

Forget space, this is the final frontier. If you can deliver the same experience across channels - then your customer service if everything you want it to be. (bad pun, I know).

Thanks for posting.
