		<description>I can relate to this post really well, especially after a lengthy talk with a client yesterday regarding his advertising principles (for published pricing). It&#039;s so easy for companies to fall into the trap of &quot;every other company in the industry is doing the same so it&#039;s ok&quot;. Belong long, it becomes a stinging virus in the entire system from the top to the bottom. 

I think one of the best ways is to sit the management down and ask them simple yes/no questions. Do you feel this particular execution is in-sync with the mission statement or corporate values in your company?</description>
